يُثبت التاريخ أنّ جميع الديكتاتوريات، وجميع أشكال الحكم السلطوي، زائلة. أمّا الأنظمة الديمقراطية وحدها فليست زائلة. ومهما كانت عيوبها، لم يبتكر الإنسان ما هو أفضل منها.
