يعاني العالم الغربي، رغم ما بلغه من تقدم في الآلية والكفاءة الصناعية، أسوأ فوضى في تاريخه. إنّ تبنّي النظرية الاقتصادية الغربية وممارستها لن يعيننا على تحقيق هدفنا في بناء شعبٍ سعيد قانع. علينا أن نصنع مصيرنا بطريقتنا، وأن نقدّم للعالم نظاماً اقتصادياً يقوم على المفهوم الإسلامي الحق للمساواة في الإنسانية والعدالة الاجتماعية.
