بعض رجال التحالف الشمالي مجرمو حرب. وقد أدار أحد قادة التحالف الشمالي شبكة لتجارة الفتيات المستعبدات في كابول عام 1994. تذكّروا أن هناك فترة كانت فيها كل امرأة في الشوارع معرّضة للاغتصاب. كانت هذه فترة مجد التحالف الشمالي.
