حين تصبح اللغة الشائعة في بلدٍ ما مُختلّة فاسدة، فإن هلاكه وانحطاطه يتبعانها. فماذا تعني المصطلحات التي تُستعمل دون مهارة ولا معنى، وهي في آنٍ واحد فاسدة ومُساء استعمالها، سوى شعبٍ خامل، خانع، مهيّأ للعبودية؟
