من الطبيعي أن تتحقق آمال الشعوب وتطلعاتها على يد قادة المنطقة. ومع هبوب رياح التغيير، على القادة أن يغتنموا هذه الفرصة للسعي إلى مستقبل أفضل لشعوبهم عبر إصلاحات جريئة، قبل أن يفوت الأوان، وقبل أن تضطر الشعوب إلى التحرك بنفسها.
