قلّما يكلّف معظمنا نفسه عناء التفكير؛ فهي عملية مُرهقة ومتعبة، وكثيرًا ما تقودنا إلى استنتاجات غير مريحة. لكنّ الأزمات والمآزق، حين تقع، تحمل على الأقل ميزة واحدة: أنها تُرغمنا على التفكير.
