أي نظام سياسي قد يرتكب أخطاء، وأي دولة قد ترتكب أخطاء. والأهم هو الاعتراف بهذه الأخطاء وتصحيحها في أقرب وقت، ثم وضعها موضع المساءلة، أي محاسبة من ارتكبوها.
