جوهر الحكم الأوligarchi ليس في توارث الأبناء عن الآباء، بل في استمرار رؤية للعالم بعينها، وأسلوب حياة بعينه، يفرضه الموتى على الأحياء. والجماعة الحاكمة تظل كذلك ما دامت قادرة على تسمية خلفائها. فالحزب لا يعنيه إدامة دمائه، بل إدامة ذاته. ولا يهم من يمسك بالسلطة، ما دام البناء الهرمي باقيًا على حاله أبدًا.
