لا أرى سوى الصيرورة. لا تنخدعوا! إن كنتم تظنون أنكم ترون أرضًا صلبة في أي موضع من محيط الصيرورة والزوال، فذلك خطأ نظركم المحدود، لا خطأ جوهر الأشياء. أنتم تحتاجون إلى أسماء للأشياء، كأنها ذات ثبات صلب، لكنّ النهر نفسه الذي تستحمّ فيه مرتين لم يعد هو ذاته الذي دخلتَه من قبل.
