لا يوجد تفسيرٌ مُرضٍ للأسلوب، ولا دليلٌ معصوم للكتابة الجيدة، ولا ضمانة بأن من يفكّر بوضوح سيكتب بوضوح، ولا مفتاحٌ يفتح الباب، ولا قواعدَ صارمة يهتدي بها الكاتب الشاب في طريقه. وكثيرًا ما سيجد نفسه يهتدي بنجومٍ تتحرك حركةً مربكة.
