لكي نُقدِم نحن البشرَ على الانخراط شخصيًا في لا إنسانية الحرب، نجد أنّ علينا أولًا أن نجرّد خصومنا من إنسانيّتهم، وهذا في ذاته انتهاكٌ لمعتقدات جميع الأديان. فحين نصف أعداءنا بأنهم خارج نطاق رحمة الله ونعمته، تفقد حياتُهم كلَّ قيمة.
