أنتم أحرار؛ أنتم أحرارٌ في الذهاب إلى معابدكم، وأحرارٌ في الذهاب إلى مساجدكم، أو إلى أيّ مكانٍ آخر للعبادة في دولة باكستان هذه. يمكنكم أن تنتموا إلى أيّ دينٍ أو طائفةٍ أو عقيدة، فذلك لا شأن له بشؤون الدولة.
