أقول لك: لقد اختفى الطبيبُ القديم الذي كان يعالج كلَّ الأمراض، ولم يبقَ إلا الاختصاصيون، وهم يعلنون طوال الوقت في الصحف. إن آلمك أنفك، أرسلوك إلى باريس، هناك اختصاصيٌّ أوروبيّ يعالج الأنوف. تذهب إلى باريس فيفحص أنفك ويقول: أستطيع أن أعالج منخرك الأيمن فقط، أما الأيسر فلستُ أعالجه، فهذا ليس من اختصاصي، لكن بعدي اذهب إلى فيينا، فهناك اختصاصيٌّ آخر سيُتمّ علاج منخرك الأيسر.
