أكبر خطأ أحمق يمكن أن نرتكبه هو أن نسمح للشعوب الشرقية المقهورة بحمل السلاح. فالتاريخ يعلّمنا أن كل غازٍ سمح لرعاياه من الأجناس المقهورة بحمل السلاح، إنما مهّد بذلك لسقوط نفسه.
