أشعر أنّ بلادي، التي قاتلتُ من أجل دستورها في حربٍ عادلة، كان يمكن أن يغزوها المرّيخيّون وخاطفو الجثث بالقدر نفسه. وأتمنّى أحيانًا لو أنّ ذلك حدث. غير أنّ الذي حدث أنها استولى عليها انقلابٌ من أخسّ ما يُتصوَّر، مُضحكٌ كالهزل، يشبه شرطة كيستون الهزلية.
