خذ مثلاً إنشاء الشراكة عبر المحيط الهادئ أو الشراكة عبر الأطلسي. نحن قلقون إلى حدٍّ ما، لأن ذلك يجري متجاوزاً منظمة التجارة العالمية، إذ تعذّر التوصل إلى حلول توفيقية مع الاقتصادات النامية ضمن إطار تلك المنظمة. فهل هذا أمرٌ جيد؟ ليس كذلك في رأيي.
