قلنا إن كل مرة تتحرر فيها دولة هي هزيمة للنظام الإمبريالي العالمي. لكن علينا أن نسلّم بأن القطيعة لا تتحقق بمجرد إعلان الاستقلال، ولا بالفوز بنصر مسلح في ثورة. إنها تتحقق حين يُنهى السيطرة الاقتصادية الإمبريالية على شعب ما.
