بما أنّ على هذه الأرض سبعة مليارات إنسان، فإنّ عدد الحمقى والأغبياء يبقى ثابتًا بلا شك. ففي السابق، لم يكن هؤلاء يعبّرون عن أنفسهم إلا لأصدقائهم، أو في الحانة بعد كأسين أو ثلاث من شيءٍ ما، فيقولون كل سخافة، فيضحك الناس. أمّا اليوم فقد صار لهم أن يظهروا على الإنترنت. وهكذا، فإلى جانب رسائل كثير من الناس المهمّين والمثيرين للاهتمام، حتى إنّ البابا نفسه يكتب على تويتر، صرنا نرى كمًّا هائلًا من الحمقى.
