إن القيادة في الداخل هي التي منحتنا نفوذًا أمريكيًا قويًا في الخارج، وانهيارَ الشيوعية الإمبراطورية. فالدول العظمى عليها مسؤوليات في القيادة، وينبغي أن نكون دومًا حذرين ممّن يريدون خفض مكانتنا، فقد ينتهي بهم الأمر إلى خفض رايتنا.
