الاحترام ليس خوفًا ورهبة، بل هو القدرة على رؤية الإنسان كما هو، والوعي بتفرّده. والاحترام بهذا المعنى يعني غياب الاستغلال. أريد للمحبوب أن ينمو ويتفتّح لأجل ذاته، وبطرائقه هو، لا لكي يخدمني.
