إنّ الأحداث في القرم لا علاقة لها البتّة بما جرى في العراق وأفغانستان وليبيا ومناطق أخرى. وفي رأيي، حين يصير العالم أحاديّ القطب، أو حين يحاول أحدٌ أن يجعله كذلك، فإنّ هذا القطب الواحد يتوهّم أنّ كلّ القضايا يمكن حسمها بالقوة. ولا يظهر الرغبة في التفاوض إلا حين يتحقّق توازن القوى.
