نرى كثيرًا من المدن تغرق كما تغرق السفن إلى هلاكها. وقد وقعت مثل هذه الغرقات في الماضي، وستقع بلا شك في المستقبل، بسبب خبث الرُّبّان والبحّارة على السواء. فهؤلاء هم المذنبون، وخطيئتهم الجهلُ المطلق بما هو أهمّ الأمور.
