في رأيي أنّ من الضرر أن تُوكَل الأمور الجليلة إلى العمل الخيري، الذي يتسم في روسيا بالعشوائية والاتفاق. ولا ينبغي أن تتوقف الشؤون المهمة على الفُضَلات التي لا تكون موجودة أبدًا. وأفضّل أن تتولاها خزانة الدولة.
