سأصوّت لمنح رئيس الولايات المتحدة صلاحية استخدام القوة، إن لزم الأمر، لنزع أسلحة صدّام حسين، لأنني أرى أن ترسانةً فتّاكة من أسلحة الدمار الشامل في يديه تهديدٌ حقيقي وخطير لأمننا.
