تُقدّر أمريكا علاقتها بأصدقائها المسلمين الكثيرين، وتحترم الإيمان الحيّ بالإسلام الذي يُلهم أفرادًا لا يُحصَون لأن يعيشوا حياةً قوامها الصدق والنزاهة والأخلاق. وفي هذا العام، أتمنى أن يكون العيد وقتًا نتذكّر فيه قيم التقدّم والتعدّدية والقبول التي تجمعنا أمةً واحدةً ومجتمعًا عالميًّا. وبالعمل معًا على تعزيز التفاهم المتبادل، نرسم الطريق نحو مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا للجميع.
