إن التغيير الذي نحتاجه هو إصلاح هذا الاقتصاد المتصدّع من القاعدة إلى القمة، لا تخفيضات ضريبية للأثرياء والشركات الكبرى التي تنقل وظائف الأمريكيين إلى الخارج. ونحتاج أن نركّز على هزيمة تنظيم القاعدة وطالبان، وعلى استعادة مكانة أمريكا في العالم، لا على التزام لا نهاية له في العراق.
