كلُّ رجلٍ يبذل حياته من أجل ما يؤمن به، وكلُّ امرأةٍ تبذل حياتها من أجل ما تؤمن به. وأحيانًا يؤمن الناسُ بالقليل أو بلا شيء، ومع ذلك يبذلون أرواحهم لذلك القليل أو لا شيء. حياةٌ واحدة هي كل ما نملك، نعيشها كما نؤمن بالعيش، ثم تمضي. أمّا أن تتخلّى عمّا أنت، وتعيش بلا إيمان، فذلك أفظع من الموت، أفظع من أن تموت شابًا.
