الكتاب المقدس سهل الفهم جدًّا، لكنّنا نحن المسيحيين مجموعة من المحتالين المدبّرين. نتظاهر بعجزنا عن فهمه، لأننا نعلم جيدًا أنّ فهمه في اللحظة التي نفهمه فيها، سنُلزم بالعمل بموجبه.
