كما أن خطوةً واحدة لا تصنع سبيلًا في الأرض، كذلك فكرةٌ واحدة لا تصنع طريقًا في العقل. ولكي نشقّ دربًا عميقًا في الجسد نمشي مرارًا وتكرارًا، ولكي نشقّ دربًا عميقًا في الذهن ينبغي أن نفكّر مرارًا وتكرارًا في الأفكار التي نريد أن تسيطر على حياتنا.
